Reservations and Cancellation Policies

All activities and lodging are booked on a first come first serve basis. Full payment is required at time of reservation unless otherwise noted*

*Non-profits and certain organizational groups planning to pay with a single payer can pay a 50% deposit of their expected balance on activities if they call (877) 435-4842. The group will then be expected to pay the remaining balance at least 14 days prior to their travel/activity date.

Discounts*

Groups
Groups of 10 or more that pay with a single payment will receive a 15% discount (cannot be combined with any other discount).
Non-Profits
Non-profits and other organizational groups might qualify for a 20% group discount. Please call a reservation specialist at (877) 435-4842 to find out!
Military
Active Military Personnel will receive 10% off.

*Discounts and “specials” are not applicable on Saturdays and Sundays from Memorial Day through Labor Day OR during the off season (Nov. 15th – March 14th.) Please call NROCKS at (877) 435-4842 to make a reservation with a discount applied.


Cancellations

Guests are eligible for a full refund if they cancel at least 72 hours prior to a reservation. Guests who cancel between 72 hours prior to a reservation and the day of a reservation are eligible for a raincheck that expires after one year. Cancellations made the day of a reservation are not eligible for a raincheck or refund.

If you are late and miss the orientation, there will be no refunds, transfers or rainchecks issued.

Please plan to arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled departure time.

*Groups that receive a group discount are required to cancel at least 2 weeks prior to a reservation to receive a full refund. Groups that cancel between 2 weeks of a reservation and the day of a reservation are eligible for a raincheck. Group cancellations (and modifications) made the day of a reservation are not eligible for a raincheck or refund.


Cancellations due to Weather

Wind, temperature, thunderstorms, and rain can create conditions where NROCKS would cancel an activity. We try to plan accordingly but these factors can develop without advance warning. In the event that NROCKS cancels a trip or activity, the guest will receive a full refund.

Partial Completion of Activity Due To Weather

If during an activity NROCKS Outdoor Adventures is forced to remove guests from an activity halfway through due to inclement weather guests are eligible for a 50% refund, or a raincheck that is good for one year.

Late Policy

Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your activity. Late arrivals are not eligible for a refund but may transfer to a later time and date (based on availability) or receive a rain check.
